OPEN HOUSE KICKS OFF 2013 SEASON!!


Board members, guests, and the cast of You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown spent two hours on Sunday afternoon, June 2, at the Hazel Day Longden Theatre opening the new season of Putnam County Playhouse.

Putnam County Foundation Board Member Vickie Parker presented a  Mini-Grant to Michael McClaine.

Linda Gjesvold & guests

PCPH Second Vice President Linda Gjesvold welcomed guests and shared some of the history of the Playhouse.



Kathryn Dory & Sandi Rossok

House Committee Chairperson Kathryn Dory and First Vice President Jack Randall Earles worked in the Box Office, helping patrons with single session and season tickets. Board member Jim Green joined them, and a total of 15 season tickets were sold and more than 150 single tickets for You're A Good Man Charlie Brown were sold as well.  Tickets are still available for every performance, but reservations are recommended!


Michael McClaine

PCPH President Michael McClaine worked the punch bowl and greeted guests as they arrived. He later presided over the monthly board meeting.

Caroline Good & Shelly McFadden

Board members Caroline Good and Shelly McFadden discussed their plans for the season.  Shelly will direct The Drowsy Chaperone. Caroline plays a leading role in Angel Street and directs SHAKESPEARED, the Youth Theatre Workshop later in June and the Children's Workshop in July. Jim Rambo & Ric McFadden

Long time board members Jim Rambo and Ric McFadden enjoyed the festivities and watching the songs from You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown. Jim will direct Harvey, our September show.

Brad Sandy & Sandi Rossok

Charlie Brown director Brad Sandy and Rossok enjoyed a few minutes of rest on the front lawn.
